Statutory rights

All statements, guarantees or warranties in these terms of trading are additional to and do not alter or otherwise affect your statutory rights.

Availability and pricing of goods

All items on this web site are offered for sale to residents of the United Kingdom and the European Union for delivery to UK and Republic of Ireland mainland addresses, at the prices shown, with orders being placed either on-line, or by telephone or post to the above address. We aim always to hold stocks for immediate despatch of all products offered on this web site and to deliver orders received by 3pm on the next working day, subject to payment clearance. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will normally be treated as having been received on the next working day.

The price you will pay for any product, including tax, is shown on the product description page. The prices and total order values are shown again on the final, secure ordering page, together with packing and delivery charge, where may choose to complete the transaction after reviewing your purchases. After completing your order, and email acknowledgement is sent, showing the products ordered. Your order is delivered with a VAT invoice/receipt.

We will not debit your payment card until the goods are ready for despatch.

If goods are unavailable for immediate delivery and if we do not expect to be able to send them to you within 7 working days of your order, we will contact you to arrange another time for delivery or to offer you the opportunity to cancel the order.

Packing and delivery charges.

Where a charge is payable for packing and delivery, this is shown on the final secure order page. The charge will be added to the amount debited to your card account.

We reserve the right to charge additional postage fees for re-sent items due to customer non collection.

All products are posted in plain packaging.

How to order

Clicking an ADD button, places the quantity of units shown alongside the button on your order. After clicking the checkout button and checking your order, you will be transferred to a secure server where all personal information and transactions remain confidential.

Before you submit your personal and payment information, you will be shown a review of your order and all prices. We acept on-line payment is by Mastercard, Visa or Switch. We take careful precautions to prevent credit card fraud and will reserve the right to refuse orders where we consider or suspect that the transaction may be fraudulent or when authorisation is refused by the credit/debit card processing company.

Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgement of your order and, immediately after authorisation of your payment, we will e-mail you to confirm that we have accepted the order and have entered into a contract with you. This e-mail will include the contact details we have for you, your order number, the total price and details of your cancellation rights.

Privacy

All personal information that you provide to us is processed through a secure server and removed from the server immediately after the order is processed. We will not share or supply any of your personal information with or to any third party. After we have processed your order, we will not keep your credit or debit card information on any computerised system. You may read our full privacy policy by following this link.

Security

Until you transfer to our secure server to confirm your order details, all operating procedure, for example using ADD buttons, viewing your shopping basket etc., is processed on your own computer through java scripting. We do not use cookies and have no way of knowing which pages you or any other individual visitors have viewed.

Information about you and the products you select is collected only after you have transferred to the secure server and only if you choose to complete the purchase by clicking the 'submit order' button.

Your security is protected by secure socket layer (SSL). This means that the data you transfer is encrypted and cannot be seen by others as it is transferred to the secure server. This protocal has been approved by the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) as a standard.

The information that we collected includes only those details required to process your order. These are the product/s you have chosen to buy, your name, address, telephone number (fax number if you choose to supply it) and payment card details. The information is stored on a secure server, is password protected, and is viewed through SSL by our mail order staff n order to collect the payment information. Once read, the order and your payment card information is deleted. The contents of our site are protected by password and cannot be interfered with.

Customer Services and complaints

You can write to us at the address shown above or telephone 0208 459 7895 between 9.00 am and 5.30pm, Monday to Saturday. You will pay your telephone provider's standard charges for this call, taking into account the time and place from which you make your call.

If you complain to us in writing, we promise to reply promptly (always within 5 days) and to advise you how long it will take to resolve the complaint and to keep you informed while we resolve the complaint. In most cases we would expect to resolve the complaint within 5 days of receiving it.

We take careful note of our customers' comments and respond positively, so complaints are rare. If we do receive a complaint from you, we will correspond with you to make sure that we are providing a satisfactory solution. Where it is appropriate and possible, we will change our operating methods to prevent repetition of the cause for complaint.

Order cancellation information

You have a legal right to cancel the contract. In order to cancel the contract, you must inform us within a period of 7 working days starting on the day after the goods are received by you. In case of cancellation, we must return your payment within 30 days of the cancellation.

If the goods have been despatched to you, prior to cancellation, you should return the goods to us at your cost. If the goods are not returned, we will collect them and deduct the direct cost from the refund.

How we use personal information for marketing e-mails

Occasionally, we may provide you with e-mail information about promotions or new products that could be useful to you. If you wish to decline such information, please tell us in the special instructions box, when you place your order. We will not give, sell or share your personal information to any other company or organisation.

Guarantees

A manufacturer's warranty covers all products that we supply. This is normally for a minimum of one year.

Manufacturers' warranties cover replacement or, where appropriate, parts and labour to repair products that become faulty due to manufacturing faults. Guarantees will not cover goods which have become faulty as the result of misuse or mishandling. We will honour all relevant legislation in respect of goods supplied to you.

All warranties and guarantees are additional to and do not affect your statutory rights.

Ordering and payment

By ordering from this web site, or directly by phone, fax or post, you are offering to enter into an agreement to purchase from us and promising that payment will made to us by the bank or other administrator of your payment card and that we may request authorisation for payment to us by the bank or other administrator. In the event that payment is revoked after despatch and or delivery of the goods, we will take the necessary steps to recover payment from you.

For your security, after receiving your order, we will delete your payment card number from our computerised records.

Correspondence

Occasionally, we may provide you with e-mail or postal information about promotions or new products that could be useful to you. We will not pass your personal information to any other company. If you wish to decline this free information service, please indicate this in the special instructions box of the secure order form.

Prices published on this web site are correct at time of uploading, but may change. Every effort is made to ensure that prices published remain correct, but if you order an item which has been increased in price or if the description has changed, we will inform you before contracting to supply the goods.
